11 quarters and an overtime period without a TD and running....I don't know if it is worst ever but it is pretty damn bad although the Jets had simliar streaks at the end of last season.
He wasn't the reason until he was. Time after time, he has had opportunities to do something to put this team over the top. The only times he has been able to do it is when he got help from the other team. Tonight, he had multiple opportunities in the fourth quarter to do something, and at the biggest moment, threw a terrible interception.
ZW did make some plays but a costly INT. He did step out of bounds on a sure TD run. I am sure Dalvin Cook is going to go ape shit for not being used when he was our best runner after ZW. Two costly losses and hurt our playoff chances, no sugar coating unless the team beats Buffalo next week, and the Dolphins twice.
Statistically. Gase had a better offense than a Nate Hackett NYJ offense. That should be impossible, yet here we are.
Ooff...Gase lasted the entire season, and his offense had 10 TDs on offense thru 9 games, Robby's team only has 8 TDs on offense thru 9 games. Just brutal
Well Hackett wasn’t great but he wasn’t bad or the reason. Two TDs called back. Two opportunities down field, missed by ZW to Lazard and GW to Lazard. Connect one of those we win.
Dobbs would have put points on the board for us. That's now what Joe Douglas and Robert Saleh are about.
So, it’s looking like the usual. They’ll win enough games to kill their draft position, not that it matters because they’ll ruin or waste whatever talent they get. Getting drafted by this team is a curse.
Lou Dobbs would have put points on the board for us. Hey, at least Mike White (or any other competent NFL backup QB) isn't here to cause a locker room revolt.
The most discouraging part is that our problems on offense are once again numerous. Zach is likely the biggest problem, yeah, but our OL is bad, our WR unit is bad, our TEs are mediocre, and our OC is horrible.
68 qb rating tonight for Zach. Lowers his season rating. He was GARBAGE and a league average QB easily wins this game.
It’s harder and harder to defend JD for the OL and for not getting a credible QB here, and it’s getting harder and harder to defend Saleh for the offense…sure he’s built a great defense but he’s the fucking head coach of the whole team, not the defense. I’ve been a supporter of both JD and Saleh, and part of it is absolutely PTDS for the absolute dog shit hires we’ve made at both the GM and HC spots, and so I’m afraid to let either guy go for fear that Woody will undoubtedly find two worse candidates. But shit man, it’s harder and harder to continue to watch this putrid excuse of an offense
