Yeah I've tried multiple times to point out how far away from "average" or "middle of the pack" even the improved version of Zach as seen over the last 3 weeks is. He'd have to double or triple the effectiveness of THAT to get to average. Saying Zach has improved/is improving over the last couple weeks is not wrong, but where does it leave you? Hopefully he goes out today and blows the Giants out of the water and shows some "real" progress.
Can we please move on from Zach Wilson end of the season and call it a failed experiment? Asking for a friend. Edit: Now that I wrote this, he will play awesome rest of the game and win the game for Jets.
Hey... if thats what it takes... I'll put on a clown suit and dance the cha cha if it inspires Zach to hold down the fort and make the playoffs.
That was brutal. He had some passes that hit guys in the chest and were dropped, but just no accuracy for the most part. Sent from my SM-S906U using Tapatalk
Zach you suck / then 24 second miracle. To be fair Lazard sucked today as did GW as did Breece outside his one play. We won so I guess everything is all good. We almost lost to a team that had negative passing yards.
The only appreciation I'll have for Zach at this point is when he finally takes his rightful place on the pine. The coddling he gets for playing worse than third string QBs in this league is astounding. We'd have been better off with Aaron Rodgers in his current physical state out there than we would with a healthy Wilson.
