The team has improved immensely on both sides of the ball. The offense has been better even in spite of Zach Wilson and a banged up offensive line. I don't think there's going to be any justification for firing any coaches this year.
If anything over the past couple of weeks, it appears as though the maturity, or lack thereof, is almost as big of an issue as the play for Wilson. The response from the rest of the team to White shows that they do not have the same level of respect for Wilson as they do for White. Not even close. If Zach is going to turn things around and become the long term answer, he has miles of work to do in terms of raising the level of his play on the field, but he also has a hell of a lot of work to do off the field to forge positive relationships with his teammates.
Can you highlight what’s untrue in my post for me? Or perhaps you can cry for a ban like you’ve done over the past year when someone calls you out on your nonsense.
I thought @Royal Tee gave you a time out... I thought it was weird. Post #623 and #695 in the game thread...
After Mike White was drilled and then got back up and completed that critical 1st Down pass, that was when the team knew they got their guy behind center. Take away one mistake which resulted in a Vikes FG and you have the Jets going for the game winning kick at the end. Although a disappointing finish, few Jets losses have left an optimistic feeling about finally turning the corner on this joyride from hell.
I did and just gave my farewell. No way I'm putting up with shit like that.. To all the people I've spoken Foosball with on here much appreciated but this is a disrespect I'm not having. They are choosing trollers over people who have been here for decades... It's time. Appreciate you guys. Royal.
This may have been brought up in another post, but one thing that bugged me was Saleh's decision to go for it on fourth down at midfield just before the half. I don't think that was the proper time to gamble. His decision gave the Vikings 3 points. Take away those 3 points and the Jets might have won the game with a FG.
The Jets have gone for 400+ yards of offensive in 3 of his 4 starts. They were 1-6 in the red zone today because the OC had a weird obsession with working east/west instead of north. A dropped Berrios touchdown away from taking a 1 point, potentially 3 point lead with a minute and change left. Is Mike White the answer to the QB position for the next 5-10 years? Who the hell knows? The only thing that is known for certain right now, is that Mike White gives the Jets the best chance to win in the final 5 games. Some more food for thought. If Zach Wilson had games like this, we'd be anointing him as the savior, so why not Mike White?
