Jets just need to scrap the run and focus on short passes instead. Their running backs are 10 carries for 16 yards. Ne is just loving when they hand the ball off.
I missed the first call of the half, but the 2nd was a run up the gut with Carter. Something tells me it was after a failed pass. So you again passed on first, then go small yardage by running our smallest back into the neck of the defense. This playcalling is so pathetic I don't care who is QB
I know criticizing the QB is frowned upon here but it’s so old watching this team play well and the QB hold them back every week
When I read and hear these “pundits” talk about how Wilson is “coming into his own” and “displaying his talent” I really have to wonder what the fuck they are looking at
No one is blaming MLF and giving Zach a pass. We are blaming MLF and Zach! If Zach sucks part of that is on the coaching staff period.
He overthrew burrios on a short pass out in the flat. So it wasn't just a failed pass, it was a fucking horrible pass.
It's kinda amazing how many people are so fast to blame Zach, & give MLF a pass. I didn't want them to draft Zach, & have been hard on him, in the past, but over the last few games, it's become clearer & clearer that this offense, with all its playmakers sucks. And the kahuna of this O is MLF. Sometimes he'll design a decent play, but overall he hasn't a clue how to utilize his players, put his QB in a decent position to succeed, gameplan an opposing team, call plays specific to game conditions, etc, etc, etc. And I disagree about Zach today. Aside from the weather conditions, there is no gameplan. Where's the rushing game, specifically Robinson? Where's the quick short plays to GW, or Elijah, which could be as effective as a running game? MLF sucks!
