Yeah, I am sulking...but I want to just say 1 thing.

I hated how Belecheck hugged Mangini after the game. So after a win, he can hug him, but after a loss he will barely shake his hand?

And whats the deal with Vinny taking the final snap?

I knew today would be a tough game and I am OK with the loss. But Belecheck is simply a peice of crap.

So when BB ignores Mangini he's a piece of crap, and when he says nice things about him and hugs him at the end of the game he's a piece of crap?

Belichick realized that his strategy of ignoring Mangini and trying to humiliate him failed miserably and made him look stupid, so he stopped doing it. That's called being smart and professional.

I agree with that. I believe that Belicheck would have had a very negative reaction if we had won the game today. However, I think in the last few minutes of that game when he knew he had won he made up his mind to forget his grudge and put the whole thing to rest.

Did Vinny get some type of reward today for getting asnap in? NO!!! Just typical Belecheck bullshit. If that play did not insult you as a Jets fan, nothing will.

Neither you nor I have the slightest idea what would have happened. We do know, however, that BB took every possibility to praise Mangini all week, something he refused to do before the two regular season games.

I never said that Belichick liked Mangini or was even over his grudge against him. What I said was that when trying to humiliate Mangini blew up in his face, he was smart enough to realize that it was ridiculous to keep doing it.

BB doesn't like to mix personal with business. During the season Eric is an opponent, no more. He's a target, an enemy, and he doesn't deserve any more than a coach from some far land.

Now that the Jets season is over, Eric is not the enemy anymore. He can hug him, wish him luck, all that jazz. Besides all the things the media likes to do to flame up this relationship, they don't hate each other.

OK. Defend him all you want. Sorry man, the guy is a ego maniac and would have walked off the feild and made up some stupid excuse at the press conference for doing so. However, because he won, he plays Mr. Nice guy.

If you think there is a any chance that he would have hugged mnagini after a loss, you are insane

I couldn't agree more. I always thought he was somewhat of a sore-loser.

Yes, that's right, I'm defending him by saying that he's too smart to do something moronically stupid for the third straight game.

Theoretically: If the Jets had won the game, do you think Belicheck would have still given Mangini a hug? I have a feeling he might not have.

Your def right. He said he has all the respact for Marty Schottenheimer but I gaurantee you if the Chargers win hes going to do the same thing he did with Mangini, in the 2nd meeting.
