    My father passed away peacefully this morning from cancer after a very short illness -- wake on Sunday and Funeral Monday --
    But I will keep you all in mind as we pull the upset --

    and I will record the game

    Sorry to hear that mate. You could always record it and then not look at any media for a day before watching it like it was live.
    That might be hard though if you live in Ny

    get someone to record it for you (or record it yourself), and then try to watch it as soon as you can.

    Hey at least you said he went away peacefully, didn't suffer or anything. That's a big positive. Deep sympathies to you and your family.

    My condolences to you with the loss of your father. I know how it is to loose someone from cancer. I lost my grandmother a year ago today. She died peacefully in her sleep. I wish you the best over the coming days.

    Crap, what can we say. Really sorry to hear that news brother. Just remember that your father is now pain free and in a peaceful place, it is we who are left behind that must do the mourning. Take care of yourself....

    Sorry for your loss, cancer can be hard.

    Don't look up the score before you watch the game. Just head home and pop that tape in there, it'll be better not to know the outcome.
