They have made a start in Rugby Union by banning Transwomen, who were born as men, from competing in womens rugby. The Authorities have played the Health and Safety card, as athletes born as men have more Testosterone and have denser bones therefore it would not be safe for them to play with "normal" women No-one has challenged this yet and the ruling is several months old now.
They will challenge it though. And probably win on discrimination grounds. I wish I was savvy enough to post the appropriate Life of Brian clip.

I never thought SNL’s Pat sketch was funny at the time and, frankly, I think all the funny was thoroughly bled out of that show long ago. BUT, if they had any balls, this could make for some amazing comedy. Same concept, but with better writing. Crazy to watch this under a 2021 lens.
