this has been a truely great season. If the jets can pull off a playoff road win against the pats that would be amazing... i'm glad we have the pats...we never seem to get them in the postseason and I think its going to be a great game and I CANNOT wait
The only thing that will put a damper on things if we get our asses kicked - But I do not see that happening - THis season feels so much better than any of Herms playoff runs - Nodisrespect to Herm intended but this team seems so much different on many levels - attitude confidence ect ect. we win Sunday will be the official changing of the guard in the AFC east J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS
as I said in one of my articles this season isn't just about this year, its about the possiblity for a change in culture and accoutiblity...at the very least now the road to the title is possible and Mangini has a method that with talent, and a little but of luck may lead us to a title, haven't felt this close to the course since Belly was an assistant here and Tuna was leading the ship...

1. I am more than happy as of now - playoffs are bonus season for me. To see this team come out this competitive, having chance to win almost every game... my wish is granted this year. Now, if they continue with their improvement... *Wishful thinking, I know * 2. For what the J E T S stands for... I was rather thinking... Just End THEIR Season! (As opposed to "our" season, if you see what I mean. )
Another old fart chiming in here about what a terrific run this has been. Unless it is in the SB with a win it will hurt when the season ends, but there are so many positives to take from this season that that will pass quickly. And to all of the guys who are congratulating themselves for their preseason Jets playoff predictions - how many of you predicted that there would be such an incredibly positive post from champ after the regular season ended? :smile:

Best Season I've ever had since becoming a fan. No one can deny that this team is the beginning of something special, and in time we will have another championship under our belt.

This whole season has taken a lotta people outta character and has shown the JETS playing outta character too. Mangini had promised a culture change and is delivering. It's even affecting the culture in the media! Funny how we are still doing this as the underdog but yet you have the feeling that we will become favorites in seasons to come.
