Sorry to start a thread for a question but I was out on a ride with Red Zone on phone and saw a quick flash to play where Wilson was hurt but I couldn't tell which turnstile let Judon get to him, haven't seen it mentioned here from what I've read so far. Who is the guy that didn't push him back away from Zach?
This is all on Douglass. You should’ve signed a vet QB. We all feared Wilson would suffer a big injury behind this horrendous oline and it came to fruition
Looks like he's going to see some time on the sideline. A forced "bench" to sit back and learn a little without actually being benched. Silver linings here folks.
If he comes back on the Bills game I will agree with all the fire threads regarding the coaching staff.
If true this is one of the best things that could have happened for him and the Jets. Torn ACL would be one of the worst.
I get that, but if he misses time then comes back on the only game in this stretch that is against a legitimate playoff team it'll be more examples of setting up our QBs for failure. Miss one week or three.
They should bench him for the season. He has nothing to gain by playing for this team this year. Why risk worse injury?
Missing any time is not good for his progress. Holding him back because the team he faces is "hard", is a joke. I would want this coaching staff fired if they bench him when he's good to go, just because of the team they are playing.
