Cheats kicker had enough leg on the possible game winning FG, but it hooked and hit the goal post. Tom Cheat comes out on top.

Making a 56 yard FG in the rain was a crazy call by Belichick. Both teams exercised poor clock management at the end. 1. All Brady had to do was march his team close to the endzone and an easy FG with very little time left ensures a victory. His straight two bomb attempts to Brown made no sense because even if he gets a TD he leaves two minutes in the clock for the PATS. 2. Belichick's FG decision was stupid. Even if Folk makes that ridiculous FG in the rain you leave almost a minute left for Brady to win the game. The proper call was to go for it on 4th and 3. Folk was 1/4 in his career at that distance before the kick.
Big agree on point number 2. No idea how they settle for that FG - shows how much he trusts Mac then huh? Can't wait to hear how good Mac Jones is all day today on the radio.. Zzzz
Certainly agree that the post-Brady era for BB is not going well, but this is not true. The Pats were 5-11 in 2000, 0-2 in 2001 with Bledsoe, 10-5 in 2008 with Cassel, 3-1 in 2016 with Garoppolo and Brissett, 7-9 in 2020, and 1-3 in 2021. That adds up to 26-31 (you left out 2008 and 2016).
