Hipaa privacy laws don't allow for teams to publish private player information without permission from said players. The best you're going to get is a total number of vaccinations or percentage of players vaccinated.
https://elitesportsny.com/2021/07/28/jets-90-vaccination-rate-robert-saleh/amp/ 81 of 90 were vaccinated by July 28. That number will likely fluctuate gong forward with players being released and other players being signed through August.
At the start of camp Saleh said 81 of 90 players were vaccinated and all coaches and staff were vaccinated. There are different rules for vaccinated players, wearing masks indoors, keeping social distance, limited ability to associate with others outside the team facility, longer quarantine times if they test positive or need to be quarantined. For example even if it is a false positive it is a minimum 10 day quarantine from the team while a vaccinated player can come back the same day after 2 negative tests. The rules are fluid and changing and likely to get more stringent as the US Covid situation continues to worsen. One way to possibly identify a non vaccinated player is one who wears masks during indoor press conferences. It has been speculated that Zach is unvaccinated given his mother's views and his answer to the press' question at OTAs asking Zach if he was vaccinated. He wore a mask at his 1st press conference after signing but has not wore one at the outdoor press conferences.
I've contracted walking pneumonia from a fungus cultivated in a bathtub full of peach yogurt and Brazilian farts.
My concern is the mandates have the potential to divide locker rooms. Removing privileges from some players over a vaccination is creating two sub groups. It kind of reminds me of that old picture from the 50s of the black and white drinking fountains. Only one group can use the new clean fountain (standard rules) while the other is relegated to the old dirty one (last years rules). This flies in the face of what a team is supposed to mean. And it sure seems like the media is pushing for that division, and feeding off of it. This is a bad situation.
Purely selfish fan reasons, could cause a loss via forfeit. https://www.nfl.com/news/nfl-covid-19-outbreaks-unvaccinated-players-forfeit-cancelled-game jets have lost a lot of crazy ways in the past. Lam
He was at those hockey and/or basketball games, right? There was some speculation that he'd have to have been vaxxed to attend. But who knows...
A vaccination would not stop a player from getting COVID. The number of vaccines circulating the Jets is great to mitigate the effects it has on the players, but it is not a magic bullet that will prevent them from getting it. And my point was you are asking for a medical record of an individual. You are not going to find that
This thread has a chance to get "Canceled" just like the politics section did if you keep bringing up accurate depiction of our society...Nobody and no profession is safe from the wrath of the propaganda machine know as the mainstream media. Quick question, how many current professional athletes have died from COVID in the past year? Not saying staffers, just professional athletes.... The NFL is a private business and can mandate all employees to be vaccinated.
Yep. Falco is right. As of 1 hour ago, I learned that I am Covid positive. Headed home and under quarantine for 10 days. I got Pfizer vaccine back in March and I still got the virus. That said, let's shut this down as the OP got his answer and leaving this open will lead to politics eventually.
