If Watson says he wants to go to the Pats, 49ers, or Dolphins and the Texans send him anywhere other than Miami (assuming Miami was seriously trying to land him), the NFL should ban everyone who had to do with it for life. Eh I mean if the trade package is comparable I wouldn't see a huge problem with it. The picks would just come over a longer time period. The only rub is not having that third overall pick, but they might not want to deal with the Dolphins out of principle of trading back for their own picks.
