For the first time this season I logged on and read the Giants game reports in the Daily and the Post. I really enjoyed reading about their pain. What a total disintegration of a team. I just love it. Love it love it. I'm not happy til they're not happy. And right now, I'm happy.

I must agree....it's nice to see the Jersey Giants and that whiney little puke Eli struggling as of late. ....but i'm still worried that they will 'somehow' sneak into the post-season!
i'll put it like this, if Shockey was on your team(talking in general about any football team) you'd love him. He plays balls to the wall. Hes a fan favorite. If he wasnt on your team, you would hate him.
Right, Shockey has the talent but you gotta take into consideration a players attitude after a loss. Im not saying that i know a whole lot about what he does but he damn well doesnt appear to take losing well. He looked like a little kid about to cry in his interview in the locker room.

This is going to be like tennis...I disagree. Whilst there is no doubt about his talent as a TE is is a primadona and only a team player when he "gets the damn ball".
Tom "The Angry Gremlin" Coughlin is more concerned with starting meetings 5 mins early and making sure socks are aligned then with any kind of innovative football strategy.
Then youve never seen Shockey play then. He plays hard, goes across the middle, gets blown up and when he gets the ball, hes hard to stop. Youre just being biased. All because you dont like him, dont try to down grade his game. And as far as his production, is it his fault you got ShEli overthrowing the fuck out of him. The only time Eli throws to him is when theyre getting blown out in the 4th quarter and even then its little 3 yd panic throws that Shockey has to fight to turn into 8 yd gains. Is Shockey a loud mouth? Yes Can he get annoying? Yes Talks trash? Yes Is he a pussy? Hell No Come on, 4 probowls in 5 yrs, lets be real.
Thats just his personality, its always at extreme levels. Perfect example is when Eli overthrows him, you can see Shockey is pissed off. When Shockey drops a ball, hes extremely pissed off. Even when theyre winning by a blow out, hes on the sidelines cheering like a madman, yelling at his team mates to keep them pumped, just acting like a complete ass. I remember Couglin looked at him like he was retarded and told him to sit down. Thats just his attitude, hes over zealous. Its not like hes quiet when they win and then just erupts when they lose. Hes ALWAYS overreacting. Another thing is that a few times this season Shockey has made some out of place comments, but the difference between him and lets sat TO, Moss, Keyshawn, etc, is that Shockey always apologizes the next day. He knows he fucked up and apologizes for it. He always over reacts and looks like an ass half the time. I guarantee if Shockey was a Jet, guys on this board would love him. They would be raving about his energy and how hard he plays.
