Here they are, the much criticized and much hated power rankings! http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/powerRankings http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/powerr...16&season=2006 http://nfl.com/news/story/9880502 http://www.usatoday.com/sports/sagarin/nfl06.htm http://cbs.sportsline.com/nfl/story/9880546
No team that has been ranked #1 going into the playoffs has ever won a Super Bowl. Rankings don't mean anything.
i was just going to say this -- no way a team that holds the ball for 15 minutes on offense, has less than 100 total yards, and wins because the other teams qb couldn't keep the ball in his hands moves up 2 spots.
I dont find those really acuarate ,Tenn above us and we are above Jax ,sorry I like the spot but jax is better then us right now just predicated on their run game. Thanks but no thanks the Jets are # 1 in my book.
Fox gives us the best one. I can't believe how high the Seahawks are. And the Eags are a tad too high as well. This thing will always be BS in some way.
Please look at the "trends" on CBSsportsline for the Jets and look how many times they say, "Who could've thought that?", "Who could've imagined that?", "That's amazing," etc. :rofl2:

bahahhaha......they are the best just because of this: 35. DETROIT (2-12, previous rank: 32) ? The Lions finished just behind Ohio State, Florida and Michigan in the most recent BCS rankings. Matt Millen demands playoff system to prove Lions are the best team in college football.
