I don't even know what to make of this. And it sounds to me like a big load of bullshit since there isn't any actual information as to what the offers looked like. Why would we make this rumor up? To get a team that was a bit interested in him pony up even more? Is anyone that interested in him?
Rarely have I seen a player hyped as much as he was coming out of college. Gotta hope he figures it out and becomes what the Jets hope he is.

I don't buy any Jets new from the media...it's almost like it's invented just because the Jets are easy whipping boys....plus Adam S has turned into a hot take artist this year not a reporter .....he must be looking for that Steven A Smith money.

Should've made the trade, we need all the draft picks we can get after a decade of Idzik/Mac and Q Williams looks exactly like I feared. Should have picked up Josh Allen, like everyone wanted except for Mac.
Drafting him over Josh Allen was our first mistake. Not accepting a boat load of picks is the second mistake. Of course we don't know what we were offered but anything that includes a first round pick is a good offer for him.
If this is true it only shows EVEN MORE how clueless the Jets are. At this point there should be NO ONE who is untradable, and especially if offered a bunch of high picks.
