I've used dhgate with no probs, but not for a custom, but some do make them. It's a risk, of course but a cheap one, I guess.

I tried so hard not to give this team any more money, but Martin is my favorite player of all time, and my original #28 Jersey is too big on me (lost weight). These aren't M&N authentic, but hopefully, pretty decent game day shirts that I can wear forever.

Late to the party on this thread but still a big fan of dhgate. Obviously check with the seller and their reputation/reviews before purchasing, but I ordered 6 jerseys in the beginning of August and only had one issue with the stitching on a Darnold one which was a little off.
The one I bought ran a little smaller than the size I ordered but a nice jersey and it was only $21 and free shipping
