It'll be Payton vs. Mangini. From a pure football standpoint, I don't see how you could favor Payton since he has the MVP of the league leading the team.
does it matter if he has the MVP? he signed him from as a FA and drafted good players (Colston) to help him and screw you
Such kind words..... Payton is in a very weak conference and division. Mangini should win hands down.
I want Mangini to win also and think he probably should but you can't bring up Payton's weak conference and divison when we play one of the easiest schedules in the NFL. I believe that Payton shouldn't win because of the talent level this team has had for years. The Jets were supposed to be horrible and with little talent and Mangini has brought them back. That said, I wouldn't mind either way if either of them won because of what Payton has done for that city
while tampa bay may be bad, carolina and atlanta, along with new orleans, are probably on par with the jets, and definitly better than buffalo and miami a weak conference, yes, but weak division, hardly
