MVPs usually have better Novembers and Decembers than Septembers and Octobers. K-Jason Myers is Jets MVP so far. A shame kickers get taken for granted in today's game.
Interesting. I can't remember the last Jets return man I didn't feel that way about--Maybe when Aaron Glenn was still returning for us? Leon Washington early on? To me, Roberts looks more confident than than any Jet that's fielded a kickoff or punt in a long time.
He looks confident, but IMO he just looks like he just doesn't hold the ball well enough. Maybe it's just me.
It's because its the first time in awhile that they actually brought in someone who has been a reliable returner in the league before. Instead of trying to turn a homegrown position player into a return man. It's amazing what focusing on special teams can do for the special teams
Completely agree with you. It is just cool to see everyone’s opinion and why. I’m glad you are showing love for Jason Myers. Man I watched the Jaguars for two years and Jason Myers Is very consistent With the long kicks but he’s very suspect from 30 yards and lower. I’m not sure why that is. I believe a couple years back he led the league in extra points missed.
Usually records being broken is a very good indicator of a not so well team turning the corner to becoming great! 7 made FGs? That’s insane. 200+ rushing yards by Crowell is incredible. \,,,/
Mr Vagina Punts would be Todd Bowles for punting it on 4th down again with under 2 to go down a score a few weeks back...Bowles is Def the MVP
1. Adam's He is having a pro bowl year. He is everywhere and involved in every play. 2. Clairborne 3. Darnold He has elevated the offense. Last week 8 straight scoring drives. 3 scores in the final 2 mins 35 seconds plus a score to start the 2nd half. It's like watching a good team. 4. Lee 5. Williamson 6. Enunwa 7. Brandon Shell 8. Roberts I have 3 guys on my list that I doubted would be on the team next year when the season started in Shell, Lee, and Robert's. Four if you consider the injury to Enunwa last year. Big props to Lee and Shell for improving their game.
Avery, and it's not really all that close. Hate to say that I'm not shocked people are saying Crow, but it's still sad. He has been woefully inconsistent, outside of the Detroit and Denver games he's looked like an exact replica of Shaun Draughn, Orleans Darkwa, fill the blank of any 1 cut journeyman plodder. I'm stoked about what he's done so far but I think it's important to keep who he is in perspective.
Who are you worried about, Justin Herbert??? C'mon, that guy has bust written ALL over him. He's kind of the default #1 right now, but nowhere near the ability of Baker, Darnold, or even Rosen for that matter. Now Josh Allen? He may be better than him.
