Preseason means nothing??! Why have it then ? Cause the better organizations know what to use from it , fix mistakes evaluate try thing etc Bowles has been "cleaning up" things year after year..his first year was lucky

On one hand, preseason is vanilla and meaningless. The D isn't getting to the QB because it's all vanilla play calling. On the other hand, Darnold looks like a seasoned pro. Which is it?

Ive watched alot of flat out CACA jets preseason ball in my time & there are many others on here who have just as well.Preseason is its own art form in terms of what to take away & what not to.Everything has to be taken w a grain of salt. But when not a single DL gets off a block in pass rush,The secondary isnt covering anybody for more than 3 seconds & the run game averages far less than 3ypc..theres no sugarcoating garbage when we see it..esp game 3 against the same team they play every year at this time. Maybe in the grand scheme of things it will be meaningless but have a hard time how anyone could not be just a tad apathetic in the “rehearsal” game.
Players, head coaches and fans alike mostly all hate preseason Football and you're extremely naive if you feel and believe that as a fan you should be witnessing "playoff caliber Football". Not happening. Not now, not ever.

First when people posted about how bad the O Line, ST teams and others played, you start this thread claiming people are complaining about the losing record in preseason.
