Many want Lendale in round one, but I have a question. Is anyone concerned that in his final college game and a national championship game at that he admits to being significantly over his playing weight? Over 250lbs I think. I think he is a great talent but that worries me.

i agree with that. He has weight control problems and is immature... i would much rather take Vernon Davis

I don't want Lendale White he has weight problems and his coaches have called him immature and someone who skips out of the weight room. At the next level you can't do that. I'm not saying someone can't teach him how to take care of yourself at the pro level, but its just not someone I think we need on this team. Also i don't believe that we have to go high on running back in the first day.

I think the jets could use a more explosive back like deangelo...

I ask simly because we've got dressen and jolley already on the roster you must feel that he's going to be a game changer.

I feel he can be a game changer, I dont think Joel Dreesen and Doug Jolley r gonna hold him back from being our fulltime TE if we were to take him

I'm not saying they are going to hold him back i'm just saying, that a workout warrior kind of scares me as being a bust. Plus history and the jets with tight ends. Kyle Brady comes to mind. Becht too...sad:

Yes i would... he is an absolute freak of nature.

He is a good blocker with reciever speed, great hands, good route running, and there is no one else like him. You might be able to compare him to gates, but i think hes more athletic. (he being davis)

    Height: 6-3ΒΌ
    Weight: 254 pounds
40 time: 4.37 (fastest ever by a TE at teh combine_
