Good! Ship all those sorry bastards out of town and get what they can for them. Send a clear message to the players that are still here that they will be held accountable. The only problem is that this has to be backed up with punishment during the season, benching, wind sprints, fines, etc. Shipping them out of town when the team sucks and is held to no standard is actually doing them a favor.

Quite frankly trading Pryor and starting Miles is probably not a huge dropoff anyway

Miles seems to be always flying around out there, although he makes the occasional metal error, that can be cleaned up.

After the receiver catches a 30 yard pass, he tackles him, sometimes, and celebrates, what a fuckin' loser...

I believe the medical term for that condition is "Kyle Wilson" syndrome

Calvin Pryor's coverage reminds me of the glory days of Demario Davis covering a TE or back

It is really starting to look like the Jets should build an addition to Florham Park and loading it up with psych Doctors, people who can pick out attitude problems(Pryor) lack of any brains at all ( Richardson) selfishness
(Marshall, Revis), just plain not knowing what day of the week it is (Bowles).
This department can have some input on giving an opinion on not wasting draft picks or free agent signings.
This department might be able to help the crew who is expected to evaluate talent which can use all the help it can get, ( Hill, Nugent, Coples, Wilson, Golston, Milner, the list goes on and on.

If we trade all the players we're rumored to be shopping we're gonna have 20 fifth round picks in this draft

What could we even get for Pryor?

And by the looks of things, none of Idziks first round picks will be on the team next year

Wondering what we could get for him. I'd be surprised if we got bett than a 4th. If we are lucky enough to get a 3rd for Sheldon and a 4th for Pryor and compensatory picks for Snacks we could have our 1, 2, 3 3s and a 4th that would be a nice number of picks to upgrade this team.

Go 2 olineman, and one running back with those picks and best available with the other two.

lmao, blaming Rex for players quitting on Bowles? that's really weak....

Pryor has never given a shit, and he's a liability to the D.
i hope he's gone sooner than later.
Guys like that don't need to check out, as they've never checked in!

I don't see anyone giving up a 4th for Pryor. He's terrible and doesn't have the right attitude.
If we could get a 5th, it would be a steal, and would probably need to be conditional to even reach the 5th.

Agree about getting OLine as a priority tho..

Isn't it great? 6x pro bowler and 1x all-pro Brandon Marshall with 6 100 catch seasons and 8 1,000 yards seasons gets traded for a 5th rounder.

Yet somehow we're going to be getting 2nd and 3rds for Calvin Pryor with 4 forced turnovers in 3 years and Sheldon Richardson with his 6.5 sacks through his last 24 games.

Pryor fuckin sucks balls. I'd trade him for anything anyone wants to give us. Draft pick, round of beers, I don't care It would be addition by subtraction.

IMHO A. Allen was a better player before he got hurt. Pryor is exactly what the pre draft reports said...a in the box player who has poor coverage skills. Yet Rex and not this CS stil plas him as a FS where we is essentially useless.
I would be very happy to trade him for a 4th... he is a liability in the secondary and in all probability on in the locker room.

I say good riddance to him, Rich, and all the underperforming vet...

He's a waste of space on the field and in the locker room. Kiss him off for what ever we can get.

Could be. He came in overweight. He looked 20 lbs. heavier. Btw, so did Revis, a good 10 lbs.

If Bowles comes back I hope he reign's terror on the whole team. Or they get somebody else to. Bowles did not get any respect from a lot of these guys, imo.
