Well, you didn't have to read it if you didn't want to.

And now I'm on the 3rd page.

ok....I just went back and read the original post again because perhaps I judged it too quickly......nope its bullshit.......so on one hand mr blackbird, beli hates mangini because he betrayed him....yet on the other hand he used the 4-3 to teach him a lesson so mangini wouldnt fail because as master he must continue to teach his student? Because that is the case in every master-disciple relationship? I had no idea that there were such absolutes in that kind of relationship. I have no clue? heres a thought dude.....you sat in your chair for 2 weeks trying to write this piece because youd like so much to impress us here on the board with your wit and writing style......but heres a newsflash dude.....when you over analyze something and try to make it more cerebral than it is, you sound like an assclown.....just because you laid it out nicely doesnt make it true....belicheck used the 4-3 to throw mangini off...thats it....no hidden message, no hidden lesson.......get back to football and leave that other nonsense for the starbucks lounge bro

it took me 10 minutes to write. and i was interested in the content not the style. if you don't know some words, get a dictionary. why don't you just read the articles i posted inside the thread to find out what the Parcells/Bellichik coaching tree is all about.

    What - you don't like Kung-fu?

come on you like it. thats why you can't go away. in fact the thread would have faded into oblivion had you not resurrected it.

Now. Let me die in piece.

Okay, I read it wrong. That was a poorly structured sentence I quoted from you in post #53.

BTW, it's "Belichick," not "Bellichik," seeing as we're flexing our frontal lobes here...

Although I prefer to use a variety of alternate colloquialisms such as "Belichimp" and "Belichump" and "Bellychunk" and "Billyschmuck."

There might be more action of the heterosexual type in that east village coffee house on open mic night than in the sick, troubled mind of BB. There is a reason he spend 24/7 in what essentially is a mens bordello masquerading as a locker room, named after a razor blade.

This is a really good football thread. I think he is on to something here Johnyd. There is no doubt that NFL coaches come from a tree and are all desciples of their masters methods.

    thanks WB.

no doubt these guys resent the successes of one another, leach off each other and engage in all kinds of egomaniacal gamesmanship things.

(i picked that word "things" for you jonnyd. )

Do you feel that Belichick was trying to teach Mangini lessons again this past Sunday? Or did Mangini teach Belichick a lesson?

Let me guess "The art of war"
or was it someother text you took the words from. Although the words work they ring somewhat false.

Between the playoff games today Peter King addressed the friction between Belichick and Mangini.

I think that is more reasonable.
I never bought what gnamnito blackbird was selling in this thread.
I think the Peter King angle is probably more on point, particularly the Branch portion of it. The Chatham thing? Ehh. Maybe.
