Again, by far the most logical thing to do is give Geno 2-3 starts while increasing Petty or Hacks practice reps weekly. If and when Geno shits the bed you still have an entire half of a season to see them play. But since that makes sense, don't expect this organization to do it.
Petty must still be hurt/recovering. They should start Geno against Baltimore, zero expectations. Either Geno clicks and amazes all of us or we go to Petty as soon as Petty is healthy and ready to go.
I guess Bowls is as stupid as he looks. Out of 6 games this season Fitz looked good in one of them. We need a change now. Geno or Petty.
I'd rather pour bleach in my eye's then go through Geno starting again, but now I'm at the point with Sixpatrick that I was with Geno a few years ago where I can't even take it anymore. Guess Petty is still hurt. What a dumpster fire this team is *smh*
I can't watch geno anymore. It's apparent the coaches and players don't believe in him either. For both our sakes I hope petty is ready. Coaches don't usually dress 3 qbs so it doesn't necessarily mean he is still injured. Shit I'd play hack if need be. Gotta learn sometime and season already shot.
Hell no...you make Fitzpatrick go out there and earn his 12 mil....I don't care if he throws a 100 interceptions....you march his ass out there and eat it, eat it good...
Seriously, why is this so difficult? Fitzpatrick clearly isnt your future. Sent from my SM-N930V using Tapatalk
Brandon Marshall seems to have changed his tune about going down with the Fitz ship....Won't commit to Fitz in all of these questions and called Geno a hell of a player LOL
Geno isn't your future either, and his past is cringe worthy. It isn't difficult. Time for the draft picks to nut up. It's go time.
Toilet BOWELS....HE'S FUCKING CRAP! Pathetic that this coach STILL believes in a QB that NO ONE WANTED in the preseason and now we know the reason why...BECAUSE HE SUCKS!
I heard what you did. He said he would get together with his coaches and decide. No coach announces changes right after a game without talking it over with the staff. And when it is the NFL QB position the GM and owner.
I will argue that playing Smith gives the Jets a better chance to lose than playing Fitzpatrick does. I also believe that most here agree with me because that is what the coaching staff sees daily, not that there is a lot of confidence in them either. The only thing up in the air really is when Petty gets the nod and without knowing his physical condition all we can do is guess.
