I know we released him as well but for the right price is there any insurance value in picking up Antonio Crowmarte or is he just done?
How serious was his injury in that last game? And no, I'm not talking about when he got burned for a touchdown.
Lol @ signing Cro who just got cut by a team in need of corners. It would be a very SOJ signing.....Mac will likley offer him 75 million over 3 years without any intrest from other teams.
I watched him briefly on a couple occasions this year and he's gotten beaten or called for a penalty at a some what alarming rate. Prob not the answer for our problems.
If he can make the squad as deep backup at CB we should could use the return help. Can he play safety at all?
Good lord, no safety for crow. As a defender his tackling has always been a liability. Now he actively avoids making tackles if at all possible. He's got good instincts and is a decent ball hawk, but a good deal of that was based on a closing speed he no longer possesses. Further more his lateral movement/quickness has always been suspect. Shoddy tackling aside that may be the biggest detriment to him playing safety, imho anyway.
