Need advice. Can someone tell me the best way to watch games in Brooklyn without cable? My son lives in Bed Stuy and goes to all the home games with me. He used to head to a bar to watch the away games but he just had a baby and would like to stay home to watch the games. He tried an antenna a few years ago to try to pick up the local channels but it did not work very well. Does anyone have any knowledge of a good antenna or a way to stream CBS and Fox to watch the away games that works in his neighborhood? ESPN would be nice also but not a must have for the one or two games that may be on. In my research I saw one that used an Xbox One and a Hauppauge Win TV - 955Q. Has anyone used that system? Thanks for any help.
As said above just get an antenna. I live in BK and can get CBS and fox clearly and all the other basic channels in HD, obviously for free. There are times where if it's windy outside the picture might break up for a couple of seconds but overall an antenna gets the job done. Some people who have those powerful antennas that you can place on your roof are able to even get channels from all the way in Philadelphia! For streaming check out reddit NFL streams.
