As many has pointed out he was the punter and not the place kicker. though he did start off his career as a RB He was a damn fine punter too, ranks 71st on the all time average yards per kick. Sounds low I know but 24 of the punters ahead of him are currently active players. 42.3 over a career isn't a bad average.
He did kick off. He may have kicked off in 1968, but I don't recall. I also recall BIggs kicking off in 65 or 66
