There is about a .000 percent chance that I am not at that Jets SNF game against the Pats.. MetLife gon be jumping
The NFL is a funny league we could miss the playoffs at 10 and 6 but make it at 9 and 7 or heck even 8 and 8
We are coming off a 10-6 year and everyones scared of the schedule.Good teams don't worry about the schedule especially in April. We need to lock Fitzpatrick up more then ever. Also the last time we ended the year at home we made the playoffs.I'm saying 11-5 12-4 is a real possibility people don't realize just how good this team might be this year. You don't get 5 prime time games if your not a legit contender
Fuck I was going to be in New York for October 28 to Nov 8, thinking I would get at least one game and we're away both weeks. Looks like I'll be trying to change it to Oct 23 so I get at least one Jets game in because I sure as hell ain't going to Cleveland.
There are some things I really don't like about this schedule (Dec 5, Dec 11 at San Fran, Dec 17 seems a bit crazy) but there are a few things I do like: playing Pats coming off a bye week while they are coming back from San Fran. Also playing the Pats in week 16 could be a good thing if they have already secured the AFCE (which is virtually a given) and ending at home against the Bills. I also like a bye around that time of the year, I hate getting a week 5 bye. I've run through the list a few times and can't figure out a real prediction, sometimes I look at it and think it's a 6 win season and other times I run down and think we could get 10 wins.
Our first 6 games is a ridiculously tough stretch but if we can make it out alive we have a good shot to make a run I like how we have 4 division games at the very end so we can still be alive if we don't completely collapse earlier in the year The 5 primetime games (with 3 at home in a row) is a little crazy
If the Jets can start out (6-0) I think they will likely make the playoffs. Seriously though, it is tough, but have some respect for your own team. To just assume the Jets would lose all of those games is ridiculous. The goal is to win the Super Bowl. If you are worried about the Bengals, Bills, Chiefs, to start the season, odds are you will not be representing the AFC in SB51. No doubt a stretch of the Seahawks, Steelers and Cardinals is hard, but the Jets are up for it. Starting (3-3) or better is definitely achievable.
Yes we're at home week 7 vs the Ravens. I'm over in New York from England so was praying we had a home fixture. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hard as hell. A few things I like though.. Seattle and StL at home, both teams are very good at home but aren't to great on the road. Colts in early December could be a rough one for them. Hopefully the weather plays a part in that one. Like every season, the biggest games are going to be the divisional games. Go 4-2 and then we can start from there.
