Time to add to the OL and LB corps.

    OG
    OT
    OLB

The rest depends on what we do with our own FAs.

Let's not forget that Richardson is probably sitting for 4 games to start the year too.

My opinion....first and foremost...Quarterback !! Fitz is not the answer. We need a strong armed accurate QB. Fitz obviously cannot make all the necessary throws in the many different conditions they play in. I don't understand why Petty was inactive for so many games? Did the coaching staff think we would be better off with Geno if Fitz went down. Just my thoughts but I think Petty should have gotten more of a look this year. Come on we took him realitively early in last years draft. That would tell me they had seen something they liked.

Why do you think Kerley was not used that much in the offense. I had thought it was mentioned at the beginning of the season he was going to be used in the slot. Any defense would have to keep an eye on him Marshall and Decker if all 3 were on the field at the same time. Just a thought and question.

Lack of speed at linebacker is probably the biggest flaw of this team right now.

We need to revamp the offensive line. It's time to start that process. Brick looked bad again today. He was the main culprit on Fitz's second pick. Breno is trash. We need a right tackle that can run block.

I want them to go offensive line in the first round if a player is there who warrants that pick. We need to add youth and talent to the line.

They need a tight end that can block better than Davis and Cumberland. The Jets dont ask their tight ends to do much so a pass catcher isnt really necessary. I'm interested to see what happens with Amaro.

They're also going to need to bring in an RB as Powell, Ivory, and Ridley are all FA's. I'd like them to bring Ivory and Powell back if it makes sense.

Need another corner to play opposite Revis and we need another outside backer. I'd move on from Demario on the inside and bring back Henderson for one more year to pair with Harris.

Mike backer, OT, and another tailback. Not too many holes on this team.

#1 -- a replacement for Pace who can bring consistent pressure
    #2 -- a viable NFL punter
#3 -- I'd like to move Brick to RT and get a young LT

Sign me up for the Dallas cowboy approach with respect to the OL......after the next 2 drafts we should have 3/4 new starters along the OL. And I also expect 1 big FA signing as well along the line.

The rest of the focus has to be RB, LB, and corner. Don't forget we get amaro back next year so TE should not be a high round focus next year.

As far as QB goes, bring back Fitzpatrick. He has shown more than enough. With high round talent along the OL and a stable of running backs - that should offer enough protection for his game and enhance his effectiveness.
