According to ESPN, the Fins released Junior Seau. I also hope the Jets don't have any plans for Frerotte as their backup if he becomes a cap casualty.
I say we pick Seau up he could still be a solid player in our 3-4 scheme i beleive he has a couple good years left in him if he could stay healthy.
This isnt the Seau of the 90's anymore and he cant stay healthy which is why he will probably retire this year.
I didnt say he was the Seau who was a dominatin Linebacker of the 90's i said he could be solid. He wont be relied on to make every play as a linebacker as hes playin in the 3-4 scheme probably and will be playin next to Vilma.
