Anyone regretting the Aboushi cut? I came on here the day it happened saying it would bite them in the ass and here we are
So will Rontez start at safety with Marcus as the 2nd cb? Or will Marcus start at safety with Dee as 2nd cb?
the good news is we will know where we stand on cb depth and winters as a long term rg after this season is over
I was a huge Aboushi supporter, he did a much better job than Winters, TB made a rookie coach mistake, he wanted to send a message and it's hurting the team. Aboushi was cleared from any wrong doing by the police and Goodell still felt the need to suspend him, which led to him being cut by the jets. I'm afraid Winters is going to be a repeat of Wayne Hunter with this team.
Who again? Are you really talking about Miilliner? Strange days on this site. Too bad it's just a forum, I'd be interested in seeing data on the amount of posts from members with usernames starting with "green". I bet the results would be alarming.
He'll probably end up on the IR before tomorrow's game when he manages to tear an ACL and labrum making breakfast.
Breaking news Millner out 6 to 19 months after falling asleep on his arm and seperating his shoulder while going to bed
I an actually surprised our OL has done as well as it has considering we did almost nothing to improve it. Winters hasn't improved since we drafted him though. First two picks in the draft should be OL.
Our O-Line is shit.... But at least we have a worthless complete bust of a 1st round pick corner activated. Dee helped the team more being injured than out on the field.
The Jets have been a right-handed team for the last two years. They run between Mangold and Giacomini and Colon was a significant part of that.
Come on guys, I know this is the sky-is-falling forum but can't we not be the slightest bit optomistic. A guy with elite athleticism who's been under the tutelage of the likes of Todd Bowles and Darrelle Revis for the entire off season + 8 weeks, will stay healthy for a change and be the #9 overall pick EVERYONE thought he would be. Then we can finally quit watching Cro on his imaginary roller skates!
Well, not NOTHING, we did add James Carpenter at LG who hasn't drawn any complaints here. But yes, the O-line is priority one as far as I'm concerned. Hopefully a LT prospect falls on our laps next spring.
