Congrats Quig.....I don't get how we have had the shittiest punter in the league, and yet, one of the leagues top defenses for the last 5 years+

How hard is it to go into Europe and grab one of these fuckers that have been kicking kicky balls all of their fucking life? Can we please find a real fucking leg to boot the ball 50+ yds down field instead of the shitty, giggity, quigly shanking 25yarders to midfield.

 

He really is the shittiest punter we have ever had. I have never seen 30 yard punts as regularly as he does. In the Pats game, their punter AVERAGED 14 yards more each punt.

That's like getting a personal foul on every punt.

 

It'd help if our coverage team didn't miss 5-6 tackles per punt.

 

I remember fouts or ion eagle saying that the Jets average starting field position was the 17yd line and the Pats average starting field position was the 40yd line; a 23yd difference in average starting field position. Special teams matter.

The whole unit is a mess. But yea, I could do the same quality job as Quigley for less.

If Ivory would step it up we wouldn't have to punt. Punting is for pussies anyway. We should only have a back up safety kicking extra points. that's it.

I watched the NE game close enough. We still had Mangold and Pryor for 95% of the game. Now what?

 

Damn, NINE punts. Hats off to our shitty O-Line. But Quigley did well, 5 of them inside the 20, zero touchbacks. Those are the key stats for a punter and he was pretty much perfect that day.
