Tough one...Especially on a 2nd week of travel...to the west coast no less.

But, a win can set up a good winning streak possibly. This would be a big win

We'll get the scumbags at home after Christmas

Carr is very good for a 2nd year QB. Not many QBs in the AFC playing better than this kid.

Are the jets gonna be pissed and play angry like other teams do against us coming off a loss?

    :)

I think right now I'd pick us to win this game. That being said, I could easily see us going out there and losing a close one. The Raiders are a pretty good team.

No way do we give the Raiders 30+ points like the Chargers did today.

Only thing that alleviates the pain of today's loss is how soft the rest of the schedule is.

We need to win the next 2. 6-2 halfway would be excellent. Let's hope the Pats* find a way to lose a game in the next two weeks to keep things interesting. We have to take care of business though to stay alive in the AFCE.

    I, for one, am optimistic.

The Jets hung in there till the last few minutes against the best team in the league so far this season. The Marshall TD drop, and the 3rd and 17 play is what ultimately killed the Jets (in succession as well..heh).

I think the Pats might lose against the Dolphins cause of the short week, and cause of the run the Dolphins are currently on after firing Philbin.

The Jets are going to smash the shit out of this team.

I do think the Raiders fall back to earth against us next week. The Jags game could get tricky at the amount Bortles throws and has guys like Robinson and Hurns to target.

One game at a time though.

Here's where not being an emotional team will work for us instead of against us. Wasn't long ago that there would be this huge hangover from a Patriots loss. I don't see that happening this time. Bowles will get the boyz ready to play the next game just like any other game.

New Day Gentlemen. I expect a victory albeit a dogfight.

(4-2) Jets at (3-3) Raiders should be a good one. Actually a pretty crucial game for playoff positioning.

You quoting yourself will not make the pain go away. We passed on Carr, Teddy, Bortles and Mettenberger thanks to Idzik. Deal with it. :)

The pain will never go away. But we didn't pass on Bortles. Although he wasn't the guy.
