I brought up the poor Bills defense and a lot of replies were "well they played a lot of good offenses", I wasn't aware great, no supposedly epic defenses were supposed to get lit up by strong offenses. At least now we can say they folded to Blake Bortles when it counted most. The defense has not fallen in line behind Rex.

3-4 going into the bye week is not where Buffalo fans expected to be.

This is usually the moment where Rex promises his team will make the playoffs.

I remember reading about them being interested in Rex but who knows.
But they have a good qb so that would be one less excuse.

I forgot where I saw it, but I watched a video of how the Bills DL were not the style of DL that Rex is accustomed to having in his 3-4 defenses. It also said that the LB weren't as good as what he had before.

3-4 with the bye coming up?

    Wow.

After that big week 1 win against the Colts, who would have thought the Bills would be 3-5 at half way? Crazy.

Maybe he's trying to follow the 2009 blueprint. Weren't we 3-4? I don't think 9-7 is going to get in this year though.

The main problem with him is he hasn't adjusted at all. The league has the book on his D now and he has done nothing to combat that since 2009. He needs to change or he'll have next year max.

Jarvis Landry is a heck of a WR - too bad he's on the Fins.

    Around the league...

Dolphins seem to have been spurred by the coaching change

Luck is having a horrendous season. If he were not such an engrained franchise QB, you could argue he should be benched for Hasselbeck given how both have played this season. I'm not stupid, I know it would never happen, but the Colts have been awful with Luck at QB

Maybe that redskins win last week doesn't mean a whole lot? They are pretty bad

    Surprised the Falcons are down

I knew the Dolphins had talent and no head coach. I was quite happy when they retained him this past year. Now I'm getting quite nervous about facing them the 2nd time around.

Let me guess. It had to have hit him on the back of the head (because he only faces receivers) and bounced straight up in the air and got caught in his facemask because he has no hands....

He's got incredible hands but that cut move to score was beautiful.
