Same Old Shelden on the field.

 

Still waiting for the coaches film but from what I've seen yesterday he had like a handful of wow moments. The sack was a thing of beauty, he just exploded right past Scherff. Outside of Aaron Donald and maybe Geno Atkins I can't think of a DT who could pull that off. He said he got tired towards the end but to me he looked like the guy from '14 and he's only going to get better from here on out.

 

By "waiting to see the coaches film" he means waiting to see what PFF tweets.

Richardson looked great from what I saw

Not the right thread for this but when Bowles was asked about whether the way Fitzgerald was running concerned him he said he was concerned every time Fitzpatrick went past the line of scrimmage. He said he was thinking about sending him to a baseball school in the off-season to learn how to slide.

Sounds like he's very comfortable with his QB right now.

 

He's gotta slide tho. Fitz has some toughness in him, and competitiveness to him. But he's gotta put that away on the runs or he's gonna get it!

TB is prolly having a tough time getting Fitz to heed that, or to get him to save himself, to fight again on the next play

 

I wonder what defense we will see this week. NE's OL isn't all that good to begin with and now they have lost their LT for the year too. Seems that would present some options for Bowles but who knows, they don't run to begin with and if they can't slow down Brady's release it won't matter anyway..not to mention he will be in the hurry up 99% of the game anyway.

 

Richardson looked like he played pretty well, but he should play better as he gets in better condition.

 

I just hope Fitz learns to slide. God forbid he injures himself. GeNO on the field is about the very last fucking thing I want to see this season.

 

I want to see an epic amount of blitzes this week and go single-coverage on their wideouts. the biggest conundrum is how to deal with Grownkowski, but I think this defense can get to brady

 

I don't think that's fair, despite him being a complete moron on the IKE/Geno thing his analysis is usually pretty good. I don't really do twitter so I have no idea what they post but I think the analysis threads seem like the guy knows what he is talking about.

 

Sheldon had 7 QB pressures 3 tackles and a sack.

 

What other Qb?

 

I'd like to see cro cover him, put revis on edelmen, and use skrine (if healthy) or mcdougle on the outside
