Look after Rex built him up they cut him. He was re-signed last year after Bohannon was injured and started most of those games. He played ok. I guess they need a jouneyman FB.
Camp body. Just signed Jerome Felton to a sizeable deal (as far as FBs go) and I can't see even a Rex team carrying 2 FBs.
The Bills took him - but we have 2 better options on our squad based on our FO evaluations - Bohonan a 7th Rd pick and Copeland, a try out player. The Bears claimed Pantale - again we cut him after our FO preferred a different player Finally the Lions picked up Salas - again after the Jets FO did not bring him back with several other options ahead of him in their estimation. All three were on the bubble at best of this current Jets roster or would have been if they had been signed - My reading is that our bubble players in these specific areas are of a higher cliber than those areas on the other teams roster. But it is nice to see our no hopers being picked up elsewhere rather than being left on the street as was the case over the past few years.

His court ordered budget from his bankruptcy was due to be paid off this year, wonder where he is on that. Maybe that is why he needs the 3 more years, a little to finish paying his creditors and then his retirement nest egg. Don't really see him getting a TV gig, it was ok as a player but I think a network would get too much flack from animal rights activists.
