You don't have to type "WWW" to access the website. You can just type "yankees.com".

    Your joke has failed.

It would have been funnier 10 years ago when you had to type in the www before the site address but since you don't need to do that anymore it's outdated and not funny.

Ok, if the Yankee fans want to be babies about it. Then they can keep the tradition of their players becoming verticaly challanged pilots!

Your probably right, It was in bad taste. And I apoliguise to whoever is offended.

I just can't stand Yankee fans getting so worked up over bullshit like this. The baseball world does not revolve around them.

Who cares if the Mets play "God Bless America" or if Wagner enters to "enter Sandman" it has nothing to do with the Yankees.

Is that such a bad idea to play God Bless America? What is so wrong in trying to show support for the country that we live in. Especially in New York City after 9/11

    I just don't get it!

It's a copycat world. The Jets have been playing Sweet Caroline for years. They played it yesterday. Who cares if Boston started it? Neil Diamond came from Brooklyn anyway so NY can play it if they want. But, if he came from Alaska and Boston started it in the 60's the Mets can still play it.

Mets play BTO's "Taking Care of Business" when they win, and the other day I heard it after the game(either St Louey or Detroit). I don't see Mets fans whining about it, or questioning who started it.

For the record, Billy Wagner had enter sandman as his song when he broke into the majors, before "Mo" Rivera. Therefore Billy has the rights to it

I see you brought back the avatar I hate. As a white basketball player myself, I'm offended by that picture. Makes us all look like pussies.

As a Yankee ticket holder, Challenger retired, he was senile. The YMCA is ridiculous, a gay cruising song that many of the people still love though
The "God Bless America " singing imo trivializes everything and is forced patriotism with these folks yelling "hats off" when its not a hats off song.

Didn't the Flyers used to have Kate Smith sing God Bless America during the playoffs in the 1970's? I'm pretty sure they did. As far as I'm concerned, if that's what a team wants to do, do it. Who cares?

I did see him miss a dunk at Midnight Madness. What a joke that shit has turned into. I do root for you guys twice a year because I hate Duke even more than UNC.
