Gailey will have Geno passing 50-60 times a game in his spread/shotgun offense. We won't even need a RB!

Unlike the Schaub speculation, Ridley is actually visiting the Jets.

All of our RBs are unrestricted free agents next year.

    Powell is nothing special anyway.

Rather draft a RB and see how it plays out. Ridley is not an attractive option.

This draft class has really good depth at the RB position. I am hoping we dip into that position via the draft in the 3-4 round.

If we sign Ridley, it will be cheap. So that is a plus.

If it makes for good competition in TC, I'm for it. Why not...

Didn't he have a season ending injury last year?

Give me TJ Yeldon and I'll be happy at the RB position.

I def agree on powell I've been in that camp all along.

And next year is next year. The question still stands of do we still draft a rb if we sign him and if yes who gets cut?

They're far better options in the draft than yeldon I wouldn't mind him tho

I think he'll be there in the 3rd

    I'd rather yeldon than abdullah

I love Dorsett in the second and Yeldon in the third. If we go Tank Johnson in the second and Rashad Greene in the third I wouldn't be upset.

Obviously all this depends on what we do with the 6th pick

Much rather draft a young, explosive back in rounds 2-4. Ridley is way too up and down. Wouldn't mind a speedy, shifty back to complement Ivory and Powell.

I really dont see him as an upgrade to who's on the roster unless they plan on carrying 4 RBs (w/one coming from draft)

btw, Powell may be one of the more underated players by people here..... unspectacular but solid. Given a decent line and a chance and I think he'll surprise.

We don't need solid, we need explosive.
