This was a great win. Its also good detroit won today because they arent as desperate. Lets hope for a patriots loss these next three weeks and we could head into that show down nov 12 just one game back

The Dolphins are a decent team- they played the Patsies close as well. Harrington looks much better now than he did in Detroit.

I don't know, with our D, you have to assume we blow one of the next two

Our D is struggling for sure, but they are showing good signs of improvement week by week. I think that they will do just enough to get us a couple close wins. Gotta keep this division closer than what many of the "experts" think it will be. IE: Patsies division blowout. Pfftttt..

Yep, after watching today. They should beat the Lions but that Jones is a pretty solid RB, a little better than Lamar Brown who ran for 130+ on the Jets today. Roy Williams is a handful too. I think the Cleveland game is going to be tougher than we thought....

I don't think our D matches up well with anyone, but particularly a Martz offense. Detroit can put 40 on us just as easily as Jax.

1-5 Detroit putting 40+ on the Jets outdoors? No Way.

Jets will be 5-3 at the bye, it's a given.

Nothing is a given with the Jets, ever. Next week will be a dog fight against the Lions, another close game. We can't take anything for granted. Kitna has always played well against us, the lions receivers can run circles around our secondary.

I'm glad Detroit won this week. Hopefully that means they're due for another loss next week.

we might really make the playoff due to scheduling, but we might not even be the 9th best team in the afc

So true. The Jets are not a playoff team at this point by any stretch of the imagination. They can't run very well, they can't stop the run, they have problems tackling, they seriously need 3 more bodies on defense - a DT, DE, and somebody in the back seven. On Offense they need another two big lineman, a game breaking WR, and a RB. But because of the joke of a schedule they have they may very well sneak into the playoffs. After all the years of the league screwing the Jets it would be nice to turn the tables for once....

These 2 games are no given. We can't stop Ronnie Brown who was avg 49 yards a game or something like that and we expect to stop Kevin Jones who ran circles around a decent Buffalo defense. Who is going to shut down Roy Williams? He is proving that when healthy he is one of the best young WR in the league. Their D leaves alot to be desired but with the clowns we have running the ball (except Leon)I don't see us blwing them away and Dre Bly is one the best CBs in the league and he should neutrulize Coles.

Cleveland is improving and once Charlie Frye quits turning the ball over in the endzone they'll be dangerous. As we proved today if a RB is in need of a breakout game they'll get it against this team. Rueben Druoghns welcome to 100 yards. With Frye having the time he should have Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow will have good days.
