Firing him before the season was over would send the right message

As I have been saying all year, Rex has been HORRIBLE this season. This is one of the worst prepared teams I've ever seen. It's a pure joke at this point.

I feel kind of bad for Rex. He seems like a good guy. He's just a dogshit head coach.
It's clear that he's in way over his head. We barely resemble an NFL team.

Whoever takes over next year, it can't possibly be worse than this cluster fuck. Give me anybody. Give me Chad Cascadden for Christ's sake. ANYBODY. I honestly believe we have no place to go but up. I've never seen a worse prepared team in my life and listening to him after the game, it's crystal clear that he has no answers. Time to go. The entire coaching staff is a bad joke. Keystone cops.

The team needs to make a statement. That they acknowledge what is going on.
Firing him would at least do that.

Rex only wants one star on the coaching staff. Unfortunately, now he has none.

Steelers play down to the level of the team they are playing. The Titans had them by 11 until they came back on MNF. I thought we were getting better, but it was just a mirage.

I would agree with that as well. He's not a head coach. He just needs to go be a loudmouth defensive coordinator for the next 10 years.

Really people? Most of these players out there are Idzik players and it Rex fault they suck? I know they will fire Rex at the end of the year and keep Idzik and we will be no better next season. Idzik to fucking cheap.

I've still got last night's match-up to watch.

At what point in the game do I get nostalgic for Kotite?

It would send a message, I agree. However it's not Woody's style to do this as he has zero balls. By now, an owner who gets it would've canned the whole coaching staff. There's absolutely zero reason for Ryan to finish the year out at this point.

Byz...You know how this works, the Jests will win just enough to force them to pick Winston, another NFL failure in the making.

They will pass on at least two RB's that will help solidify a franchise.

Idzik has had 2 years, the players on the field go back to MT which also included Rex.

I'm not going to go into the Rex having input on the draft because no one knows how much influence he has, even though judging by all the defensive players the jets have selected we can tell

But the team has been trending down for 4 years now, not the only the 2 years Idzik has been here.

Idzik biggest mistake was Geno, every other team saw that he was not going to be a good QB, and the experiment has killed this team.
