I hate the Bills. I really hope we can spoil their season when we play them again. But they will probably be out of the playoff chase by then.
Bills did trade back though and got Kiko Alonzo as well as EJ for that 9 pick, so while the EJ pick was way too early, Kiko looks like he would have been a first rounder. All in all, I think getting Kiko and signing Kyle, in the balance of things works out ok. What QB in that draft has shown anything so far? None really.
Means nothing. Geno won 8 last year. How many did EJ win? Who got benched first? It all means nothing in the end. They both stink. But EJ was drafted in the first round and was the Bills first pick in that draft. Geno was the Jets third pick in that draft.
That's kind of my thinking, how bad are you that you were gift wrapped essentially 28 points and couldn't capitalize. Let's be honest, the Jets don't blow coverage on that Watkins play and they might have gone into the locker room losing.

Our team is currently set up to insert a young QB and win with him now , as bad as EJ was this year he led us to 2-2. We have a very good young defense , young offensive weapons and young core players........whether you want to believe it or not we are an above average QB away from consistently being a t0p 5 team in the AFC for nice stretch. You put Andy Dalton on the Bills and we are what the Bengals have been the past 3 seasons..........we may not win a Super Bowl or even make one but we'd make the playoffs every year.
A lot of teams are an above average QB from being a top 5 team. You guys aren't so special. Chill out.
If that determines how mediocre a team is then what are the Patriots? We turned the ball over 3 times in the 1st half and were only down 13-7 at the half. You know what the Patriots did the second half???? They outscored us 24-15.........you know what we did to you guys the second half??? Outscored you guys 19-6. Ok well factor in the field position as well. Bills started every drive at like midfield. Jets were lucky to start at their 20. And they really should've put up 60. A good offense would've considering how bad the Jets were. If the Jets played that way in foxboro the Pats would've easily hit 60 points. Be happy your team is 5-3. But I wouldn't expect much more than 8-8. And if you think Orton is your future, even immediate future at QB, then you got another thing comin. But I'm not sour at all. Did I think the Jets would win this game? Yeah. But I'm not shocked they didn't because we have a bad football team right now. And because of that I wouldn't call the Bills good. Mediocre
You guys still have a top 10 defense.........you make it seem as if we went up against the Raiders or something. The only thing about this game that scared me was your dline against our oline. The Jets dline is top 3 in the NFL.......... Mo Wilk is a beast who I actually know somewhat personally thru a mutual friend who played with him at Temple.
