Hey fellas, I am going to opening day vs the Raiders and I have field passes. I was hoping maybe a few of you guys could give me some advice on what to do as far as everything goes once i get down there? I was told we will be able to stand on the sideline for warm ups and the national anthem, but i'm not sure if we will get near the players....should i bring a football for autographs? anyone with any previous experience all and any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

I don't think they will be signing, you will be pretty close to them though to get some great pictures.

Thanks guys, I have had season tickets since we got into MetLife. Been going to Meadowlands for years before that. This is a present I got for my friend as a wedding gift and of course I'm going lol. Anyway, this is going to be an experience of a lifetime and I want to be sure I do it right that's why I asked.

I have been lucky enough to have the chance to do it many times, it's very interesting being that close.

Wife and I went with my granddaughter. It was a special invite based on my son's posting here. He was "The Green Guy". We started with special parking and up to the buffet. Bought a jersey for Morgan and then was escorted down to the field. You end up behind the rope about 4 feet from the field. The players are within reach and wave and smile at your comments, but no autographs. The head Referee walked down the line and came over to Morgan. He smiled at her and gave her an NFL pin from his lapel. Back up to a special box with a sumptuous spread including beer, alcohol and/or champagne.
Michael had taught Morgan the JETS, JETS, JETS chant. Morgan started it when we scored but was floored by the loudness of the whole crowd chanting. Won the game and the day solidified Morgan's Jet background.

That's a great story. Thanks for sharing. I have upper deck season tickets. I won't be getting the same treatment as a box or buffet but just being down there is more than enough. Glad you enjoyed your experience. I'm sure we will too!
