Anyone going to Cortland? I've got to be in Rochester in the 1st so I'm gonna try like hell to get up there on the 2nd for the green and white game.
I'm going in a couple weeks. I live in VA but my mom lives in Gouverneur. I go see her every summer and have to drive right by Cortland anyway.
...from Bleacher Report- SUNY-Cortland Open practices: July 24-July 27 July 29-Aug. 1 Aug. 2 (Green and White scrimmage at 7 p.m.) Aug. 4-5 Aug. 9-13. All practices are at 10 a.m. unless otherwise noted. Admission to all Jets training camp events are free, but tickets are required. Fans can register and print tickets, as well as find information on parking and directions on newyorkjets.com/camp. Practices may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather. Closer to home: The Jets also will have open practices at their Florham Park training center on Aug. 19 at 12:30 p.m. and Aug. 20 at 11:15 a.m. There is an exclusive practice for season-ticket holders on Aug. 18 at 11:30 a.m. The Jets will conduct a “family night” on Aug. 21 at Hofstra University at 5:30 p.m. The team will hold a walk-through practice and “Jets Fast” activities will be there.
I remember the good old days when I would go to Hoftstra for an AM practice, then go to Rooseveltfield mall for lunch and a movie, then back to Hofstra for late practice, then to Chrebet's for dinner. Those were the days. Much less to do in Cortland and no more 2 a days .
Yep, that was when they played the Bears in champagne, IL when they were getting their stadium built.
