Got to believe its tonite. Have to believe that. If there are hockey Gods...have to believe it happens tonite. Have not seen that many flops since the last Tom Cruise film. It would make so much sense that this Ranger team wraps it up tonite. They have been at the other end 3 to 1. They were the best road team in the NHL..and the hockey Gods.

Lets just get this over with.

At one point in the 3rd Period, Boyle had won 77% of his face-offs. That is sick.

Hack..my future wife was in Florida..we just started dating. My dad...the biggest Ranger fan of all, was still alive and pacing. I invited my buddies over for the game and there were 5 of us..closest people in my life all in one room and my future wife calling me before the drop of the puck watching the game in Florida with her girlfriends wishing us good luck.

On the last play of the game before the final faceoff..we iced the puck...IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ICING..but when the puck was traveling down I jumped in the air and hit my fist on the ceiling and broke my ring finger wide open. Broken finger...bleeding....Im having a green hornet moment here only the truth his I was like a little girl jumping in pain.

Puck drops...game over...it was one of the best nights of my life. My dad came in from the other room (he had a ritual of watching game alone) and was in tears...full blown sobbing. Will never forget that.

You realize that is the Prince of Whales Trophy and not the Stanley Cup? ;)

Still liked the story though. I remember throwing a similar fit about the icing call.

I feel pretty good about tonight, the road is where they play best. I'd like to get this done tonight, moral can be a dangerous thing, don't want to give them
any hope whatsoever. time for this rookie goalie to fold up.

I think we can take some comfort in he fact that they played a pretty sloppy game the other night and still won. and yes it would be poetic justice to close out the Habs at home........can't let then grab back momentum. I think Tokarski comes back to earth tonight..........and not only is Hank a monster in game 7's, that obviousy means he's a monster in close out games as well.

How times have changed - these days there's no way you're supposed to touch the Prince of Wales trophy

I like the visor so he has more visibility as opposed to the birdcage
