Just an interesting thing to check out. Chad only had 3 games last season to start us out 1-2 unlike this years 2-1. And then came the injury. He sure looks good. http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/187395
We were 1-2 last year not 0-3 and if Chrebet holds onto a TD pass against jax then we would have been 2-1.
Chad has looked real good this year and has almost willed this team to those two victories with his play. In both wins when the other team looked to get close, Chad answered with a scoring drive. The WRs and Baker are playing real well too and the line is doing a pretty good job of pass blocking this year which is also helping things quite a bit.
Chad's arm looks a lot stronger this year as well... It is clear that he just was not ready to play last year.
And I was so concerned about him not getting enough work done in preseason. I knew if he'd be ready he'd dominate the game.
Chad really looks as good as ever. It could be just me but even last year before he got injured, I was nervous as hell to see him drop back with a rush coming at him. This year I think it's partially the fact that my attitude is whatever, whats the worst that can happen and also partially that I just feel better about him behind center. If he keeps playing the way he has, the Jets are gonna be fine.
