love the new layout only thing im missing is the news ticker like someone else said in the thread, it was my go to source for jets news haha. now i guess ill have to bookmark a google news 'new york jets' search
I am an elderly jet fan----it seemed to me my puter was on the fritz------I started with tgg around 2000---remember al groh and the Monday nite miracle----you have done a great job putting up with all our nonsense and bitching I was at the first titan game at the polo grounds in sept 1960 and have been die hard jet fan since------oh the agony---oh the extacy----2009 was last jet game for me at the stadium----been to a few jet --dolphin games here in Miami good luck to you and yours---LETS GO JETS
Love this layout. I use this for the Knicks site I help run. Glad to see everything back up and running. My unwanted opinion: a little more difference between the white and the "eggshell" kind of color that make up the main color scheme.

If you look in the top right corner, you should see a red flag at "alerts" - most are from being quoted.
Love the layout, very crisp looking. Adding that news thing would be cherry on top as I used that thing all the time. Like others I was worried about the password thing, thought I had been perma-banned for some reason haha Great work Petro!
Looking at the responses I am confused about the main page. Above is what I have as my main page when I open the sight. It is the same as pre-update but does have current tweets on it. Everyone is talking about the "new look". It looks the same to me. The only difference is the Message Board area. I have to go into it instead of there being several active topics on the right side of the page (was under the "should Rex be fired" vote). Is this what everyone else has or is mine not updated? I only use my iPhone and IPad to get on the sight.
I like the "Like" button, but it's possible it was always there and I just never saw it I guess. What's the possibility of adding a "Don't Like" button for those times when you just want to show disapproval but don't really want to get into it with someone?
The main page did not change, only the message board did. The message board area is no longer on the main site because it had to be updated for this new forum software. It will be back once I figure out the programming part for this forum.
Thanks for the quick response. I liked the old format so am happy it stayed. I also like the message board set up. It seems to be more user friendly and I get alerts. I have even put in an avatar! Great job and thanks for doing this for all of us manic Jets fans!!!
The vbetting was a vbulletin extension so I guess we can't do that anymore. Otherwise, I like it, although this was the first time it let me get on without asking for the admin password or telling me I didn't have permission to access a page.
