They should win. The NFL gets taxpayer money to build stadiums, and the Anti-Trust Exemption of 1961 and Public Law 89‑800 passed in '66 are complete BS. They are costing taxpayers MILLIONS of dollars, and then have the gall to say 'also you'd better shell out hundreds to fill our stadiums, or we won't let you watch, bitches'. It's mind boggling that they still have this ability.
