I just heard on ESPNRadio that Coles has a calf injury and is questionable for the game. Anyone else hear anything?

This just in: The Jets issued their injury report a few minutes ago. Trey Teague is still doubtful, though he continues to dress for practices and Mangini said he could be ready to play on Sunday. David Barrett, Laveranues Coles, Tim Dwight and Pete Kendall are all questionable. Dave Ball, Matt Chatham, Chad Pennington, Kerry Rhodes and Kimo von Oelhoffen are listed as probable, and all of them practiced on Wednesday.

    From Tom Rock.

That sucks. On the bright side, if he doesn't play we'll get to see more of Brad Smith.

Is this the same Coles who played with a toe injury last season, the same tough guy who takes hits and bounces back like nothing even touched him. This guy is a tough guy.hwe will play and be effective, if Chad is not sacked 50 times.I pray for Chad because that Bills D is crazy.

    THE NEWS
Jets wide receiver Laveranues Coles banged up his leg during the week two contest against New England. The New York Daily News is reporting that Coles has been wearing a heavy wrap on his left shin and calf, and was also receiving electronic stimulation. Apparently the injury doesn't seem to be serious.

I will be shocked if coles does not play. He is the toughest player on the team besides Curtis.

their D is not "crazy." If anything its a little suspect. They give up lots on the ground game, and New England took advantage of that. If Mularchy didn't suck so bad at playcalling Miami would have took advantage of that as well. Sure they had 7 sacks last week, but Miami's O-line is trash, and Culpepper holds on to the ball too long.

Their special teams is crazy, not their D.

10 sacks, 2 interceptions, 3 forced fumbles, 1 returned for a td, and 22 qb pressures in two games sounds pretty crazy to me, all while on the road...oh and for everyone who thinks our run game is weak, the bills have not givin up one rushing td so far this year.
