    I used google/facebook to track down my best friend from middle school about 7 years ago...Its great but I also am not a fan of social media sites taking information aggregated from Linked in and Facebook on put it on sites that have your information without your permission if you type your name.

    I had a issue with this recently, I had to contact each site to take it down and update my privacy settings
