This is the logical way to approach the question. If the Jets lose to the Bengals they are going to be 4-4 with the Saints coming up and nobody in their right mind is going to be talking about the playoffs.

Rexs first two seasons we made the playoffs we split the series with pats.(we shoulda swept them this year) But at any rate the last two seasons we missed the playoffs the Pats swept us. The most important thing is gonna be beating Bills and trying to sweep fins .It may take 10 wins to get a wild card due to KC and Denver ,unless your a glass half full guy and think we can win division

With the way the AFC is playing out so far, it's going to be harder to get in. it will take at least 10 wins. 10 doesn't seem like a lot, but the Jets have only won 10 games 11 times in 50+ yrs. Call me crazy but I'd rather compete against 3 other AFCE teams for the division than compete against 12 other AFC teams for the last WC.
