Hurt? Abducted by Aliens? Failed drug test? The man vanished today and I'm curious. Any info would be huge. Poison Ivory played well as the feature back, but Powell would have been a good option to have in the 2nd half.

I saw him in on a few snaps early but then he disappeared...thought maybe there was an injury but I guess not.

I would love to know why he got like no snaps. Especially because I started him in fantasy and he put up less than a single point lol. But hey, Jets win and I'm not complaining.

I think Powell got hurt. No way they keep letting Bohanan run the ball over Powell for nothing.

I think Rex wanted to pound it straight ahead with the bigger backs with Wilfork & Mayo out.

Yeah I think Powell was still not 100% from last week. Ivory was playing well, so no need to rush Powell back

The interesting thing is what happens NOW going forward now that Ivory finally established himself, assuming Powell gets healthy? Do they just run a two-headed monster or keep 'going with the hot hand'?

Powell took a lot of snaps early in the season. I think that they are going to rest him a little so he is in good shape in the home stretch. Especially since Ivory is doing just as well. Both ARE similar runners. :drunk:

I don't know, Ivory looked pretty good, taking the load, I'm no fan of running with 3 backs , pick one an stick with him

I think Powell was hurt because Bohanon was getting carries when Ivory was being ran play after play after play

Makes perfect sense to alternate the workload throughout the year to keep both backs somewhat fresh for the home stretch, especially when one back is not clearly better than the other.
